How can I create my account?
1) Select the "My Account / Order Status" on our website.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Choose the option "I am a new customer".

Follow the prompts set up your account. Your information is kept completely private. Do take a look at our Privacy Policy for more information.

How can I edit the account information?
Select the "My Account / Order Status" link to edit your account information.

How much will shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated before you submit the payment information. Add items to your cart and head to the Checkout page where you can see the Shipping Method options and their prices.

I forgot the account password.
Select the "My Account / Order Status" option on our site. Under the login box you will find a link that states "Forgot your password? Click here". Clicking this will send an email to you with the password.

How can I return my product?

I have received the wrong item.
If you realize that you have received the wrong item, do reach out to customer service within 72 hours of receiving it.

When will my order be shipped out?
See each item page for more information on the item’s availability. After placing your order, click the "My Account / Order Status" on the website to track the status of your order. You should receive a confirmation of shipment when the order has shipped and also receive tracking information within 24 to 48 hours of shipment.
